Refund policy:
At Herbs hive, we strive to provide you the best shopping experience. However keeping in mind that the products sold are for personal care, no returns, refunds or exchanges could be entertained on opened or used products.
All orders once paid and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
All products, once dispatched are considered sold and will be liable for replacement only on rare circumstances and only based on reliable reasons provided by you.
We do not entertain the process of return and refunds as we are providing personal care products. However, if the reason is proper and reliable we will provide a replacement.
We will only provide replacement on such items that are damaged, missing and defective, preferably with a full un-boxing video of the package.
We do not provide cash refunds.
Please note that products sold under the OFFER section are not valid for any replacement.
Usage policy:
We request you to kindly understand that the products we provide are formulated with organic ingredients. Therefore, it is subject to melt or freeze as per temperature conditions. However, it is safer to use throughout the shelf life. Therefore, no replacements could be provided for such reasons.
It is advised to properly consult with us about your skin type before making purchases so that the desired result could be achieved. The products are to be used regularly to see the visible difference. We reserve the right to refuse refund if you do not adhere to our policy.
We would like to inform you that organic products are subject to provide results only with continuous usage. However, if the results are very minimal and tough to notice Herbs hive is not responsible to provide refund.

Delivery policy:
Shipping policy: All our products are dispatched from our Chennai Warehouse and takes up to 7 to 15 business days to deliver depending on your location. Herbs hive is not held responsible for any damage post-delivery.
Domestic orders: The dispatch time for domestic orders is 5 to 8 business days. You can request for tracking id to track your product shipping details.
Order related queries: We request you to contact us through website, Instagram, Whatsapp or email to clarify order related queries.
Cancellation policy:
All products once placed and dispatched are considered as final sale and cancellation of the order cannot be done.
