• You can sell our products with or without stickers (price will be same for both).
• Once you pay and book your orders it will be sent directly to the customers within 7 to 10 working days.
• Tracking ID will be updated within 3 days from the day of order taken. If not it’s your responsibility to get the tracking details from us.
• We will not be tracking the reselling orders. once, the tracking id is given it’s the resellers responsibility to tracker your customers orders.
• If there is any issue in product delivery, our team will be addressing it.
• The reselling price you can see on the site its 10% discount from the MRP or selling price (click “product” to know the charges)
• Shipping charges will be added  separately (click “shipping”  to know the charges).
• No cash on delivery (COD).
• Return due to “area not serviceable” no need to pay shipping charge for resenting.
• Return due to “customer not available” or “customer refused” or “call not attended” etc., customer or the reseller should pay the resend shipping charges or else no refund or no resend will be done.
• If product is damaged or missing proper or prior image on the date of parcel received will only be considered and resent without any additional charges.

• We are not available on calls, if in-case needed we will arrange a call back.

If your monthly reselling amount exceeds 5000/month for continues 3 months means undoubtedly you will be given additional 5% discount on products. (for more details about it you can WhatsApp us)

• Purchase above 10,000 rs(MRP)/month – flat 25% off

Refund policy:

• At Herbs hive, we strive to provide you the best shopping experience. However keeping in mind that the products sold are for personal care, no returns, refunds or exchanges could be entertained on opened or used products.
• All orders once paid and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• All products, once dispatched are considered sold and will be liable for replacement only on rare circumstances and only based on reliable reasons provided by you.
• We do not entertain the process of return and refunds as we are providing personal care products. However, if the reason is proper and reliable we will provide a replacement.
• We will only provide replacement on such items that are damaged, missing and defective, preferably with a full un-boxing video of the package.
• We do not provide cash refunds.
• Please note that products sold under the OFFER section are not valid for any replacement.

Usage policy:

• We request you to kindly understand that the products we provide are formulated with organic ingredients. Therefore, it is subject to melt or freeze as per temperature conditions. However, it is safer to use throughout the shelf life. Therefore, no replacements could be provided for such reasons.
• It is advised to properly consult with us about your skin type before making purchases so that the desired result could be achieved. Patch test is mandatory even though there is no sensitive skin. The products are to be used regularly to see the visible difference. We reserve the right to refuse refund if you do not adhere to our policy.
• We would like to inform you that organic products are subject to provide results only with continuous usage. However, if the results are very minimal and tough to notice Herbs hive is not responsible to provide refund.
